At Rome Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience on the mountain. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
