How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right size depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, a board should reach between your chest and chin. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific weight ranges.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Rome Snowboards account to view your order history and real-time shipping updates.
Do you offer a warranty on your snowboards and bindings?
Yes, we stand behind our gear. We offer a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all snowboards and a lifetime warranty on binding baseplates and heelcups.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I maintain and wax my new board?
All Rome snowboards come with a factory wax, but we recommend hot-waxing after your first 2-3 days of riding. Regular waxing and edge tuning will ensure maximum speed and control on the mountain.
